Salon Vim

Last Tuesday, I made an appointment to do my hair at Salon Vim. It was my first time going to a REAL salon in Singapore after sooooo long. As a lot of you know, I usually do my hair in Malaysia.

The reason why I did not go to any Singapore salon is because the first time when I did my hair somewhere near my old house in Jurong West, I had a huge nightmare. It didn't turn out the way I wanted it and worst thing, I had to live with it. Since then, I stereotype that Singapore salon is not good.

But SALON VIM PROVED ME WRONG!

Honestly, I was quite nervous when I sat on the chair in the salon. I didn't know what to expect, how it's going to turn out to be and so on. Basically, a lot of things were going through my mind at that point!

I was appointed Luis, as my hairstylist! I told him what kind of hair colour I wanted as well as the treatment. I know, I've been dying my hair so many times this year :'( I just couldn't live without brown hair (previously, I dyed my hair black and it only last less than a week). Spoil my hair.

Anyway! They gave me a two-tone brown hair colour and a hair treatment to help improve the condition of my unhealthy hair especially the roots. I am really glad that they are doing something about it and hopefully I am able to see the difference after a few visits :)

Well, it took me about 3 hours to get my hair done and I SWEAR I WAS IN LOVE WITH IT! *_* The moment Luis was blow drying my hair, I was already smiling! The colour turned out exactly the way I wanted it to be. I really can't stop smiling. After that, he gave my hair a little wave at the bottom just to finish it off.

I was very relief that it all turn out good. I wasn't even disappointed or upset about the result. You know that feeling when you go to a salon and you're just so afraid how it's going to turn out to be and that sucky feeling when it doesn't turn out the way you wanted it to be. Yeah that feeling. I am beyond happy that I didn't have to feel that way! :) How trustable.

The salon also sponsored me L'oreal Mythic Oil product for my hair! I have always wanted this bottle since I went for Fox-Out photoshoot. They were promoting this specific bottle and asked me to apply it on my dry hair, see if there's any difference. I was AMAZED by how it makes my hair look so smooth and manageable after applying it. I tried to find it at the beauty & health store but it's always out of stock.

My dream came true.

p/s: I like their biscuits. So nice.
p/ss: I like how they massage my head while washing my hair. Almost fell asleep~

TADA!!!!!! MY HAIR LOVELY HAIRRRR!
(no edits whatsoever!)

If you're wondering why I'm using spectacles is because my eyes need a break. Contacts were too dry that it made my eyes itchy and red. Had to use it for a few days :( But it's okay now! Hehehe...

    1. Hello, I got sponsored! But if you want to dye, the cost depends on your hair length..
